Registered Massage Therapy

Our team of Registered Massage Therapists are devoted to treating your symptoms of injury, pain and physical dysfunction through assessment of soft tissue and joints, treatment and prevention by manipulation, mobilization and other manual methods. At Renewed Wellness, it is our goal to provide individualized care whether it be for pain relief from an acute or chronic injury, rehabilitation or for relaxation and stress reduction. Massage Therapy can be beneficial in treating a variety of conditions including but not limited to:


Physiotherapy treatments include an individualized and comprehensive assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and impairments for clients of all ages and abilities. Our Physiotherapists use a variety of modalities including manual therapy, joint mobilization, exercise prescription, functional dry needling and spinal manipulation. Our goal is to promote healing of injuries, reduce pain and restore optimal function/movement so you can get back to doing the activities you love.

Dietitians can help with:

  • Chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol or blood pressure
  • Gut concerns such as IBS, irritable bowel, constipation or diarrhea, Celiac disease, food allergies
  • Nutrition for sport optimization, chewing or swallowing difficulties, cancer, weight changes
  • Vanessa specializes in improving relationships with food for chronic dieters or emotional eaters, disordered eating or body image concerns.

Initial assessment – consultation to determine the client's primary concerns and goals. During this appointment, the following will be reviewed: medical history, medications, lifestyle choices, and current diet.

Follow up visit – dietary advice and/or lifestyle changes will be addressed including: education, goal setting, and accountability. The amount of recommended sessions will be decided upon between the client and Dietitian. Must have completed initial assessment
