Initial assessment – consultation to determine the client's primary concerns and goals. During this appointment, the following will be reviewed: medical history, medications, lifestyle choices, and current diet.
Follow up visit – dietary advice and/or lifestyle changes will be addressed including: education, goal setting, and accountability. The amount of recommended sessions will be decided upon between the client and Dietitian. Must have completed initial assessment
